All orders require 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. During holidays or high-volume sales, processing times may take slightly longer.
We ship using reliable, trackable carriers to ensure safe delivery. Available options at checkout include Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) and Express Shipping (1–2 business days).
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. The Hair Bar is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, The Hair Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
Because all hair extensions are considered hygiene-sensitive products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, installed, worn, altered, unwrapped, or handled in any way that voids hygiene standards.
In rare cases, if you receive the wrong item, length, or texture, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos or videos of the unopened product, and a clear description of the issue. If approved, we will gladly exchange the item for the correct one.
All hair undergoes strict inspection before shipping. Because raw hair is 100% natural, slight texture variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are already in processing and cannot be canceled.
We do not offer refunds on hair products. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
