Because all hair extensions are considered hygiene-sensitive products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been:

  • Opened

  • Installed

  • Worn

  • Altered

  • Unwrapped or handled in any way that voids hygiene standards

Eligible Situations for Review

In rare cases, if you receive the wrong item, length, or texture, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the unopened product

  • A clear description of the issue

If approved, we will gladly exchange the item for the correct one.

Quality Assurance

All hair undergoes strict inspection before shipping.
Because raw hair is 100% natural, slight texture variations are normal and not considered defects.
